Meet the Team
Aaron Keyes & Kit Bradshaw work together as The Florida Team for aio.loan in partnership with John Tolisano and the Realty Group of Southwest Florida.
Kit Bradshaw (NMLS# 2063664) played football at the University of Wyoming and received a degree in Communications and Marketing. His time on the field allowed him to understand high-pressure situations and how to best work together as a team off the field. Kit has a background in Real Estate and investment services, giving him an in-depth understanding of the magnitude and financial commitment required of a home purchase.
Kit resides in Colorado Springs with his wife Mandy and their three kids. In his free time, he is actively involved with his church, enjoys hiking, and likes to sip a nice bourbon.
Aaron Keyes (NMLS# 2115518) loves helping people understand and experience the same things that have changed his own life. This has happened in universities (lecturing), conferences (speaking), and recording studios (music). For the last three years, it's been happening in banks and homes. Now, it's time to help people recognize that there is some fascinating creativity within the mortgage industry if you know where to look--and hardly anyone knows where to look.
Aaron studied Communication at Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, and went on to do a Masters at Northern Seminary in Chicago. He and Megan have four sons.
